did not wash my truck

The charges seem to be on the high side .

Patrick did a great job to get my car back on the road. A road sign blew down on the highway. I couldn't avoid it and ran it over. The sign cut my tire and it was slowly losing air. I got it to the dealership and they found the problem quickly and determined I needed a new tire. Patrick told me it would be there the next day. I found out that Patrick drove during his lunch time to pick up the tire because it wouldn't be delivered on the day promised. Promise delivered and in a friendly manner. Keep up the great work, Jim Trenary Chevrolet!

I dropped off my Traverse on Nov. 18th after scheduling an appointment on-line. From what I understand the part (radiator inlet coolant hose) needed to be ordered and replaced. Part was ordered on or about Nov 20th. Part available for installation on Dec 9th at 5pm. Part and labor was covered under warranty since vehicle is at 32K miles. Free Health check also completed per invoice, but vehicle was not washed even though it is noted on invoice to wash if above 35F. Outside temperature that day was 40F+. 16+ days to get a part and install. Yes, I'm frustrated.

I don't doubt the workmanship, but I was told the waiting time for a oil change and tire rotation would be about an hour and I waited closer to 3 hours.

I love this dealership. Excellent customer service every visit.
