Everything was fine, no complaints

Knowledgeable staff

I was not kept informed on the progress of the service being performed. I left messages for service writer to call me back. That didn’t happen. I ask for a price on the suggested repair but never received that. I was finally told the truck was in the shop on the lift but the tech went home early not finishing the job. I actually had to go to the service writers office and express how unhappy I was as a customer. I had to push and push to get my truck serviced.

Excellent and prompt service

I walked in and Brett came to greet me and my children almost immediately. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he grabbed it right away. We did a test drive and I knew I wanted to purchase it. We came back a few days later and purchased that exact car. He made the process very easy, had great communication and we LOVE our new vehicle.

Josiah Ellis was very professional with and went out of his way in helping me and I would recomend him to my friends in buying a new vehicle. He has also followed up with me on my purchase. The dealer ship was professional with me also.
