Advisor did not seem knowledgeable about different level of OEM brake pads, rotors or the service specials. Also the quoted brake work price was way high than the advertised service special price.

Salesman was great, granddaughter is very happy with her car. My only frustration was that we waited couple hours at least for finance guy, I guess you only have one employee to do that. There didn’t seem to be that many people in the dealership so wondering why that took so long. Thank you
