Service was good

Was a quick easy experience

My regular oil change service was done well. However, I was told that my 7500 mile service expired in Sept 2025 and I will now need to pay for it. Jason was gracious enough to offer me a 20% discount when I get this done. But I am upset about it because I have been asking for 7500 mile service and i was told to wait and no one in my April 2025 visit mentioned to get it doen since it will expire in Sept 28. I get so many e-mails from Jim Trenary and GM trying sell more services but you did not have the courtesy to remind me of some important serve that was going to lapse. Overall very disappointed with this aspect of customer service. I would have liked to Jim Trenary to still offer me 7500 service without charge because I was asking for it and you failed to inform me.
