First oil change on my Silverado. Oil was half filled at 4qts. Took my Z06 in for coolant leak. Got it back and still leaking coolant

After this visit and tire rotation, every single one had a different pressure reading, aren’t they supposed to be calibrated to the same level?

My work was done as promised. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from your dealership the previous two I was able to include a trailer hitch in the deal so I can haul my bike with me. This time they would not include the hitch in my deal but gave me a print out of a hitch for my vehicle that lists for 495.00 and that my my loyalty points from my purchase would probably cover most of that so I completed the deal. Josiah has been very helpful and set up my appointment for last friday for my first oil change and to have the hitch installed. when I went to the cashier I was handed a bill for 816.02 I said that can't be right they haven't used my points so after much frustration on my part trying to navigate my chevy app Josiah helped me figure it out but to my almost amazement the hitch that i thought would cost me a couple of hundred dollars or so still cost me 648.79 after my points were added. Thanks for your concern.

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation , I arrived 20 minutes early and pulled right in, the service adviser took care of me right away , good so far , I told him that my air filter was reading 5 % , could they check it and price me a new one , when my car was ready the adviser came to the door way to waiting room and called me , said car is ready parked over there in the bay , all windows down , why I dont know , and gave me no paperwork ,nothing about the air filter , no sticker on windshield to tell me the milage due for next service . I dont know if the oil change and tire rotation were even done . VERY POOR COMMUNICATION .
