I appreciateded the service manager discussing the potential recall on the 6.2L engine and getting that done. 90 minutes for oil, tire rotation and multi-point inspection works well for my schedule.

I was really disappointed that my oil changes that I paid for had expired with my warranty. I paid for those oil changes. & they should not have expired

Usually it's great.but i got my spark plug replaced. I don't know how they managed to break the washer fluid cap and some foam that goes around some hoses
